Fortunately, citizens working together overcame the challenge to West Palm Beach's mayoral term limits and a competitive election was held and a new mayor chosen. The people won!Therefore, this site will no longer be updated. However, everywhere there are term limits, there will be self-interested politicians trying to find legal technicalities to overturn them. Right now, two Palm Beach County commissioners -- Karen Marcus and Burt Aaronson, a Republican and a Democrat -- are doing just this.
